Why am I getting this error (unable to load .as file)?

I'm experiencing a problem I haven't had before involving a .fla that loads uses a data grid and also has a movie clip symbol in the library with the name and linkage identifier and class 'HtmlCellRenderer'. Likewise there is a file on the same root folder as the .swf called 'HtmlCellRenderer.as' and my problem is now whenever I try to export my .fla to a .swf I get the following error:

The class or interface 'HtmlCellRenderer' could not be loaded.
